hurts so good

From the Architectural Antiques photo shoot last May.  Ranunculus in spring makes me want cry it is so good.  Sometimes I will catch myself holding my breath when I design with it like this.

and then,

Fall is my favorite time of year because of the textures and colors, but I think I am starting to mourn the loss of summer and all the flowers that go with it.  I need to go pick some more dahlias in the garden and get over it.
