Tara LaTour

A year ago I read an article in my local paper telling the story of a local girl who created wedding dresses.  From the moment I saw Tara’s navy blue Kelsey dress, I was smitten.  Her use of color and textures within a garment were hypnotic to a floral designer like me.

Now she is here, back in MN from NYC. You lucky brides.
